Our five (5) Day Learn to Dive Course is a fantastic way for you to learn to dive and experience the wonders of our Great Barrier Reef. The minimum time you need to complete a dive course is four (4) days, however, for some it's just not long enough! Especially for those that wish to try their first Night Dive which is included on this course.

Starting on demand, this course includes two (2) days of pool and theory work - during which time you  look after your own accommodation and meals. The following three (3) days are spent on our comfortable liveaboard vessel M.V. Kangaroo Explorer on the Great Barrier Reef. We limit our overnight passenger numbers to thirty eight (38) to ensure your comfort.

Course Includes:

• Two (2) days classroom theory and pool skills training
• One (1) snorkel training dive, four (4) open water scuba training dives and five (5) pleasure dives including a NIGHT DIVE
• State-of-the-art dive gear, including dive computers
• Wetsuits or Stinger Suits
• Use of Training materials (available in all major languages)
• Free use of a prescription mask if required during the course
• All meals prepered by our chef while onboard

There are a number of optional activities available for you onboard Kangaroo Explorer including extra nights and continued diver education programs, subject to availability. Please enquire at our office or while onboard.

Itinerary

* Schedules, dive site movements and number of dives planned are subject to weather and other conditions and are executed by the Master of the Vessel for the benefit and safety of all passengers and crew on the day.
