Our four day Open Water Dive Course is a fantastic way for you to learn to dive and experience the wonders of our Great Barrier Reef with an overnight stay onboard MV Kangaroo Explorer. This course includes two days of pool and theory work - during which time you arrange your own accommodation and meals.
The following two days are spent at the Great Barrier Reef on our comfortable live aboard vessel the M.V. Kangaroo Explorer. We limit our overnight passenger numbers to to ensure your comfort.
Course Includes:
- Two days classroom theory and pool skills training
- One snorkel training dive, four open water scuba training dives and one pleasure dive
- State-of-the-art dive gear, including dive computers
- Wetsuits or Stinger Suits
- Use of Training materials (available in all major languages)
- Free use of a prescription mask if required during the course
- All meals prepared by our chef while onboard
Onboard Options
There are a number of optional activities available for you onboard Kangaroo Explorer including extra nights and continued diver education programs, subject to availability. Please enquire at our office or while onboard.
